Willem Cooper

Willem has been immersed in the world of padel for over 5 years, combining both on-court expertise and off-court leadership. He holds the Padel MBA and Padel MBA Plus qualifications, giving him a strong foundation in technical, tactical, and coaching methodology.

As the driving force behind Georgians Padel, Willem has successfully built one of North London’s most vibrant padel communities — now with over 3,000 players actively involved. His passion lies in making padel accessible to all levels, from complete beginners to experienced competitors, while fostering a welcoming and social atmosphere both on and off court.

Whether it’s running dynamic coaching sessions, organising socials and tournaments, or mentoring players on their development journey, Willem brings energy, professionalism, and a deep love for the game to everything he does.

Oscar Jacobson

Oscar has been involved in racket sports his whole life, having played tennis for 15 years before transitioning to padel two and a half years ago. Since then, he has thrown himself fully into the sport, competing regularly and reaching the top 50 in the country within his first year on the competitive circuit. In July, Oscar had the incredible privilege of representing Ireland at the European Championships in Madrid, which was a huge milestone in his padel journey.

Alongside his goal of continuing to compete at a high level, he has now focused on coaching players of all abilities. His aim is to blend my competitive experience with clear, structured coaching to help players improve both technically and tactically, no matter their starting point.

He is passionate about creating sessions that are engaging, progressive, and confidence-building, and he is excited to help more players enjoy the sport and develop their game.

Ben Felt

With eight years of experience as a high-level tennis player, Ben has successfully transitioned into the world of padel. He holds a Padel MBA coaching qualification and is beginning to compete on the LTA circuit this year.

We’re honoured to have such a talented player, coach, and all-round great person on our team. With his background, skills, and dedication, Ben has everything it takes to become a highly successful padel player — and we’re excited to support him as he embarks on his debut season on the LTA tour.
