Why reviews are moderated
Reviews should help players make informed decisions about clubs, courts, coaches and other padel services. Moderation protects that purpose while allowing different experiences and opinions to be heard.
What we publish
We welcome relevant first-hand accounts written in good faith. A useful review describes a real experience, explains the rating, stays focused on the reviewed place or service and respects other people. Positive and critical reviews are treated by the same standards.
What we remove
We may reject or remove insults, harassment, hate speech, threats, personal data, obscene or unlawful material, spam, unrelated links, advertising and repetitive content. Reviews may also be removed when they appear fabricated, copied, submitted for payment, written under an undisclosed conflict of interest or aimed at manipulating a rating.
Moderation process and timing
Reviews may be checked automatically and manually before or after publication. Most reviews are processed within a few business days, but complex cases can take longer. We may ask for clarification, hide part of a review, decline publication or remove a published review. We do not promise a specific decision time.
Appeals and corrections
If you believe a decision was incorrect, email [email protected] with the review details and the reason for your appeal. We will reassess the available information and may ask for evidence of the experience. A review can be restored, edited with the author’s agreement or remain unpublished. Repeated or serious abuse may lead to restrictions on future submissions.
