Modern courts and well maintained, with a decent seating area to decompress after. Indoor too, so rain is not a factor.
ConsThere are a couple of dead spots on the surface where the wood underneath makes itself known, noticeable if you are playing regularly but not a dealbreaker for a first session or two.
