1. Organizer
The giveaway (“Giveaway”) is organized by Mir Kvestov S LLC, operating the Padelmesh website at padelmesh.com (“Organizer”).
2. Giveaway Period
The Giveaway starts on 05.10.2026 and ends on 05.11.2026 22:00 UTC.
Entries submitted after the closing date will not be accepted.
3. Prize
One (1) winner will receive: NOX AT10 Luxury Genius 18K Alum padelracket.
The prize is non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash. The Organizer may replace the prize with an equivalent prize if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.
4. Eligibility
The Giveaway is open to individuals aged 18 years or older, except employees, contractors and immediate family members of the Organizer and other persons directly involved in organizing the Giveaway.
Participation may be restricted in countries where participation in this type of promotion is prohibited or subject to additional legal requirements.
5. How to Enter
To participate, an eligible person must:
- Create a free Padelmesh account by signing in with Google or Facebook.
- Follow Padelmesh on at least one of the following social media platforms: Instagram, TikTok, YouTube or Facebook.
- Complete the Giveaway entry form and select the social media platform they follow.
- Provide their username on the selected social media platform.
Participation is free. No purchase is necessary.
Each eligible person may submit one entry only.
6. Verification
By submitting an entry, the participant confirms that the information provided is accurate and that they meet all participation requirements.
The Organizer may verify compliance with the Giveaway rules.
The Organizer will specifically verify the social-media subscription of the selected winner. If the winner does not follow Padelmesh on the social media platform indicated in their entry, the winner will be disqualified and another winner will be selected.
The Organizer may also disqualify duplicate, fraudulent, automated or otherwise invalid entries.
7. Winner Selection
Each entry receives a unique entry number upon registration.
One (1) winner will be selected at random from the eligible entries.
The random selection will be conducted using a random selection method determined by the Organizer.
The Organizer may document the selection process for verification purposes.
8. Notification of the Winner
The winner will be contacted using the email address associated with their Padelmesh account.
The winner must respond within 7 days of notification.
If the winner does not respond within this period, cannot be verified, or is otherwise ineligible, the Organizer may select another winner at random.
9. Prize Delivery
The winner must provide the information reasonably required to arrange delivery of the prize.
The Organizer will cover the standard delivery cost.
Any customs duties, import taxes or other charges imposed by the winner’s country, where applicable, are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated by the Organizer.
10. Personal Data
Personal data collected during the Giveaway will be processed for the purposes of administering the Giveaway, verifying eligibility, selecting and contacting the winner, and delivering the prize.
Personal data will be processed in accordance with the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
Participation in the Giveaway does not automatically constitute consent to receive marketing communications. Where required, marketing communications will be subject to a separate consent mechanism.
11. Publicity
The Organizer may publish the winner’s first name, country or social-media username for the purpose of announcing the Giveaway result, subject to applicable law and the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.
12. Changes or Cancellation
The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend or cancel the Giveaway if circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
Any material changes will be communicated through the Padelmesh website or the Organizer’s social-media channels.
13. Platform Disclaimer
This Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with YouTube, Instagram, Facebook or TikTok.
YouTube, Instagram, Facebook and TikTok are released from any liability related to the Giveaway.
The Giveaway is organized and administered solely by the Organizer.
14. Compliance with Platform Rules
Participants must comply with the applicable rules and terms of the social-media platforms used in connection with the Giveaway.
For YouTube-related promotion, entries and participation must comply with the YouTube Community Guidelines and applicable YouTube terms and policies. Entries that violate applicable platform rules may be disqualified.
15. Acceptance of Rules
By entering the Giveaway, the participant confirms that they have read, understood and accepted these Official Rules.
