Gets warm inside when you are playing hard, worth knowing in advance. Miguel Gascon coaches here and he is genuinely excellent, best sessions I have had in a long time.

About ten minutes on foot from Slough Station, which makes it genuinely accessible without a car. Staff helpful from the moment you arrive. Café is a proper post-game stop, good coffee and the right atmosphere to sit in after a match. Hourly rate is on the higher side
