The top seeds took both titles at Premier Padel's first tournament in South Africa, but neither final at the SunBet Arena in Pretoria was comfortable. Delfi Brea and Gemma Triay needed two hours and 53 minutes to beat Claudia Fernandez and Martina Calvo 6-2 6-7 7-6, and the men's number two seeds Fede Chingotto and Ale Galan came through 6-2 5-7 7-6 against Fran Guerrero and Javi Leal.
Fernandez and Calvo, playing their first tournament together, twice had the title within reach. They forced a third set after Brea and Triay failed to serve out the match, then moved a break ahead in the decider and came within two points of victory before the tiebreak went 7-4 to the favourites. It was a fifth title of the 2026 season for Brea and Triay, and their second in a row after Malaga.
The men's final followed a similar pattern. Guerrero and Leal, seeded seventh, had already beaten the third and first seeds during the week, ending a run of twenty-seven consecutive tournaments in which Arturo Coello and Agustin Tapia had reached the final. They broke back at 5-4 in the third and earned a championship point at 7-6 in the tiebreak before Chingotto and Galan closed it out for their sixth title of the season and first since May.
