Nine courts and the ceiling is high enough that you never feel boxed in, even on a smash. Air stays cool the whole session so playing at 2pm doesn't wreck you. Toilets are spotless, genuinely surprised how well kept they are for a sports place. Everything about the space just feels right for actually playing, not just showing up.

Parking is sufficient, no circling around looking for a spot. Nine courts on site so booking flexibility is decent. Waiting area is cool and relaxed, easy to hang around before your slot. Men's bathroom has no lockers yet, had to leave my stuff at reception instead.
