pros: Surface and playing conditions are genuinely good. Sheltered position means the sea air is there without the wind making the game a lottery. Friendly groups on court and the organisers are approachable, any level is catered for without anyone being made to feel out of place.

pros: Easy access and parking right there, two things that make a group trip simple to organise. Good area, great venue. The sea air adds something to the whole visit that you do not get at an indoor club. Welcoming setup for any level and easy to just turn up and play.
