A one-stop centre. Personalised training, therapeutic Pilates, nutrition, physiotherapy and osteopathy – all under one roof. Excellent team and service. It saves time as you don’t have to go from clinic to clinic.

Central Park MassamáCETO is a long-standing institution in Brazilian tennis, and it shows. It offers padel and tennis, and over time has added a gym, a restaurant and a physiotherapy centre. It’s a small venue, but it does the job.
Cons: limited space.

Padel ExpoPros
The location is good, but parking there is a real problem – there really aren’t enough spaces. I have my padel lessons here and I like it.
ConsA lack of parking spaces – a real headache when it comes to parking.
Pros

CIT PadelThe first time I went to play there, the pitches were excellent. A brilliant spot for a beer before or after, with a lovely view from the terrace. I’m only not giving it 5 stars because if the pitches are all full, there might not be enough parking for all the cars.
Cons: parking may be insufficient on busy days.
Cons: parking may be insufficient on busy days.

Plenty of parking – that’s a big help. The tennis courts are in good condition too. It’s just that it’s not easy to get hold of the club by phone; sometimes they don’t answer.
Cons: difficulty getting through on the phone.

Rackets ProI’ve played there several times and the four pitches have always been well maintained. With the recent upgrades to the grounds, it’s got even better – you can really tell they’ve taken good care of it. I’d still recommend it; it’s one of the most consistent clubs I know.

Clube Alto do DuqueThe atmosphere is really nice; I like the vibe of the place. There’s a bar serving snacks and drinks where you can relax before or after the match. Changing rooms and toilets are nearby too – it’s all very convenient.
