Specifications
The HEAD Extreme Motion 2026 is the lighter member of HEAD's attacking Extreme diamond line, trading 10 g and some raw plow-through against the Pro for a quicker feel through transitions and at the net. The hybrid carbon-and-fiberglass face, reinforced with UD Carbon, keeps the touch on the firm side of medium-hard rather than pushing into the Pro's harder territory, and the shared Auxetic 2.0, Extreme Spin and Soft Cap + technologies carry the family's identity across into a more manageable package. It rewards active, technically clean play at the net and on the bandeja and víbora, while offering little help on slow, passive defense. Players who want most of the Pro's attacking character with better handling are the clearest fit.
- Strong, precise net play across blocks, volleys, bandeja and víbora.
- Very maneuverable for a diamond shape at around 360 g.
- Wider sweet spot than the heavier Pro within the diamond category.
- Shares the Extreme family's Auxetic 2.0, Extreme Spin texture and Soft Cap + across the frame and grip.
- Ball output is moderate on slow, passive defensive shots and needs more arm than a control racket.
- Sweet spot is still more concentrated than hybrid shaped rackets, so off-centre and late contact costs depth quickly.
- Less raw power than the heavier Extreme Pro on flat, full-force smashes.
The HEAD Radical Motion 2026 is a teardrop, medium balance racket built for versatility, pairing a carbon frame with Graphene Inside against a Double Carbon HS face and a Control Foam core. It excels at the net, on the overhead game, and in quick exchanges, offering more precision and pace than the fiberglass faced Radical Team while staying short of the outright power of HEAD's higher tier models. It suits an intermediate to advanced player who wants a genuinely all-round racket, more than one committed purely to control or purely to attack.
- Genuinely versatile between defense and attack.
- Quick, reliable maneuverability from the medium balance.
- More precision and bite on volleys and the smash than the fiberglass faced Radical Team.
- Comfortable feel for a carbon-faced racket, helped by Auxetic 2.0 and the Soft Butt Cap 2.0.
- Smash and flat power still fall short of a diamond, head heavy racket.
- Sweet spot is narrower than the fiberglass faced Radical Team.
- Feel is firmer than the Radical Team, which may not suit players wanting the softest possible response.
- Not built for a player chasing the outright finishing power of HEAD's higher tier models.
