Best for advanced left-side attackers who finish with the smash
Advanced and professional players with an offensive, technical game, most naturally on the left side, who expect to win points with the smash and the víbora. It suits players who already swing a head-heavy diamond with ease and want a dry, firm contact where pace comes from their own acceleration. Players who found earlier Hack models too punishing on the arm have a reason to try this one, although it is still a firm racket. It is not a fit for beginners or intermediate players, for those who build points patiently from the back, or for anyone with an elbow or shoulder problem. The Hybrid and Comfort versions cover those needs within the same family.

Overview of the Bullpadel Hack 05 2027
The Bullpadel Hack 05 2027 is the fifth generation of the Hack line and the signature racket of Paquito Navarro. It leads a three-model family alongside the Hack 05 Hybrid and the Hack 05 Comfort, and it is the most attack-focused of the three. This generation rebuilds the throat and frame around airflow, with an open Hack Core⁵ bridge, a second-generation ExoAir frame and a larger Air Power channel. On court, the change shows as a quicker swing and a contact that is less harsh than on the previous Hack, while the diamond shape and high balance keep it a racket for finishing points overhead.
Pros & Cons
Pros
- Very high power on smashes and víboras.
- Quicker swing than the balance suggests.
- Stable frame on blocks and at full extension.
- Less harsh contact than earlier Hack models.
- Feel and balance adjustable with Ease Vibe and Custom Weight.
Cons
- Head weight slows reactions in fast net exchanges.
- Demanding in defense on late contact.
- Firm feel still loads the arm on off-center hits.
- Bandeja can overshoot into the back glass.
- Demands finished technique to get the most out of it.
Technologies & Materials
- Hack Core⁵ — the fifth-generation Hack throat, open and reinforced on both sides. It removes mass from the middle of the racket for a quicker swing while keeping the frame stable at impact;
- ExoAir — the second version of Bullpadel's exoframe, with wider air channels that cut drag and a reinforced structure that holds stability on contact;
- Air Power — the second generation of the Air React Channel, with a larger lower side channel that reduces air resistance and raises swing speed;
- Tricarbon 18K — a more densely woven 18K carbon that gives a firm, direct, medium-to-hard response and is less forgiving away from the sweet spot;
- MultiEVA — an EVA core built from foams of different densities: the firmer material drives power on hard strikes, while the softer material adds comfort and absorbs vibration on slower shots;
- 3D Grain — a raised surface pattern designed specifically for this mold to improve ball grip and spin;
- Smart Holes — a hole pattern optimized for this face that shapes frame rigidity, ball exit and feel;
- Ease Vibe — spring-shaped dampers fitted in four holes. Bullpadel states they absorb up to 49 % of impact vibration, and moving them to other holes shifts the feel toward control or power;
- Vibradrive — a high-elasticity elastomer running along the handle that absorbs vibration, especially on off-center hits;
- Hesacore — a honeycomb-pattern grip that dampens vibration, improves hold and limits sweat;
- Custom Weight — 3 g resin-finished carbon plates that attach at key points of the frame to adjust total weight and balance.
What Makes the Bullpadel Hack 05 2027 Special
This generation is built around air resistance. Hack Core⁵ replaces a solid central bridge with an open throat and two side reinforcements, taking mass out of the middle of the racket where it slows the swing. ExoAir, now in its second version, widens the air channels in the frame and reinforces it so the head stays stable at impact. Air Power enlarges the lower side channel. The goal is to let a 26.5 cm balance travel faster through the air without making contact feel loose.

How it Feels on the Court
Defense
From the back, the Hack 05 is more manageable than its shape suggests. The open throat lets the head come through quickly on lobs and chiquitas, and compact swings with early preparation keep the ball under control. Over a long defensive rally, the head weight builds up in the forearm.
Important
The limits appear on late contact: when the ball comes off the glass close to the body, the high balance slows redirection, and lobs fall short if the wrist stays passive.
Net Play
Volleys come out heavy and penetrating when the head leads early. The frame holds its angle on blocks and resists twisting when the ball lands away from the center line. Fast exchanges aimed at the body are the weak point: the head arrives a fraction later than on an even-balanced racket, and a late volley loses depth and sits up for the opponent.
Bandeja & Víbora
The víbora is where the racket feels at home. Head speed and a dry contact let a sliced víbora skid low off the side glass. The 3D Grain surface adds bite on sliced shots, but it rewards a good swing path rather than replacing it.
Advice
The bandeja stays stable at full extension and travels deep with little arm effort, so the shot needs a measured swing: extra pace carries it into the back glass and hands the opponent a rebound.
Smash
The strongest shot. Flat smashes leave the face fast and direct, and a full swing takes the ball por tres. On the kick smash, spin depends more on the player's pronation than on the surface.
Maneuverability
The aerodynamic frame makes full swings noticeably quicker than on the previous Hack. The 26.5 cm balance is still felt in quick reactions at the net and in transitions from defense to attack.
Forgiveness
The sweet spot is compact and sits high on the face. Contact inside it produces a solid, direct strike with no trampoline effect, and the frame stays stable. Hits low toward the throat drop pace and depth quickly, so the racket still needs clean technique to deliver its output.
Comfort
The touch remains firm and dry, yet less harsh than before. Players with several matches a week need a fluid stroke to stay comfortable.
Note
Ease Vibe and Vibradrive soften clean hits, while off-center contact still sends vibration into the forearm.
Conclusion
The Hack 05 2027 remains a racket built to end points in the air. It gives an advanced attacker a fast, heavy overhead, a stable frame in hard exchanges and a contact that is easier on the arm than earlier Hacks. In return, it asks for early preparation in defense, clean contact high on the face and an arm that tolerates a firm frame. For a left-side player who looks for the smash, it is a natural choice. Players who spend more of the match defending, or who need margin on late contact, will find it hard work.
