The atmosphere here is great right from the start. The staff are friendly and the café is right next to the court. Afterwards, it’s lovely to sit for a while in the little spot next to the courts – it’s really cosy. They also organise fun little tournaments from time to time.

Easy to get to, with the motorway just round the corner. Plenty of parking right outside. The courts are popular, so do book in good time. You can still pop in late in the evening, which is handy if you’ve got a busy schedule.

Pros

The courts are in good condition, with well-maintained surfaces. There are four courts, all beautifully laid out. When it rains, they get a little slippery, but they remain perfectly playable. You can tell that a lot of care has been taken with them.

Cons

The surface is slightly more slippery when it rains.
