Coello and Tapia Win Milan P1 for a Fourth Straight Title as Sánchez and Ustero Take Women's Crown

Arturo Coello and Agustín Tapia have won the Oysho Milano Premier Padel P1, beating Juan Lebron and Leo Augsburger 4/6, 6/3, 6/2 in the final. It is their fourth straight title after Paris, Rotterdam and Düsseldorf and their 12th of 2026, and it adds to their 2024 win in Milan. Lebron and Augsburger took the first set but had lost their previous ten sets against the top seeds, and their only title this season came in Brussels

In the women's final, Ari Sánchez and Andrea Ustero, seeded third, beat Paula Josemaria and Bea González 7/6, 6/3. Josemaria and González led 5-2 in the first set before Sánchez and Ustero came back and won the tie-break. It is the pair's fifth title of the season, following Paris and Rotterdam, and it comes a week after their defeat in Düsseldorf

The win also put Sánchez in the record books: with 58 titles she is now level with Gemma Triay and Ale Salazar at the top of the all-time women's list. Off the court, the event drew 38,794 spectators, 9.3% more than the 2025 edition

The Premier Padel tour now heads to the Major in Kuwait in the final week of October, followed by the FIP World Cup in Doha, Qatar, from November 2 to 7
