Hello Padel is on Jl. Talang Kepuh in Gandus, on the western edge of Palembang, with two courts. The venue shares its address with the Kopi Suway cafe and takes players from beginners upwards. Hot showers, changing rooms, a sports shop and a spectator tribune are on site.
