Hanse Padel Hamburg

A lovely course with plenty of holes and reasonable prices.

The changing rooms are fine, and you can hire rackets. I liked the café by the entrance; I’d be happy to come back.

I played padel here for the first time – it’s a bit like squash, but slower and much gentler on the joints because of the soft floor. You can also hit the ball off the side walls and the back wall; the court is similar to a tennis court, and the balls are similar too. In total, there are two large halls with 16 courts, including some for 2 and 4 players, and they’re well booked.
