Leeds' historic Roundhouse, a Grade II* listed building constructed in 1847 to house steam locomotives, is being turned into a padel complex. Developer Ollo Padel plans nine outdoor courts under a canopy plus one indoor coaching court on the three-acre site, along with a clubhouse, gym and co-working space
Construction is set to begin later this year, with opening targeted for early 2027
