Jorge Mario Martinez is Executive of Operations at Taktika Padel and Site Manager at both Fairmont Grand Del Mar and Barnes Tennis Center in San Diego. With a deep passion for growing the sport, he's oversee the day-to-day operations of two of the padel venues in California.

Vincent Darmohusodo

With over two decades of coaching experience, Vincent brings a deep understanding of player development and performance to the court. A former collegiate tennis player at UC San Diego, he has worked with players ranging from beginners to high-performance juniors.

Holding the USPTA Elite Professional certification for more than 15 years and now a Padel MBA certified coach, Vincent’s approach is thoughtful, structured, and detail-driven.

Natalia Laudelino

With a long-standing background in padel and sports education, Natalia brings experience, structure, and purpose to everything she does on court. Having competed on the World Padel Tour while studying Sports Sciences, she has spent over two decades coaching, developing programs, and supporting players at all levels.

Now she is a Head Coach at the Taktika Padel San Diego.

Georgina Rosales

A cornerstone of Argentina’s junior padel success, Georgina captured multiple Junior World Championships and a National Title before turning her passion for the sport into a lifelong career.

Now, she brings that same energy and expertise to Taktika – helping players of all levels sharpen their skills, elevate their strategy, and fall in love with the game.

Jaco Blanco was born in Madrid and has competing at a high level in circuits like A1 Padel and the Pro Padel League.
