Graeme Soutar

Graeme Soutar has been playing tennis since he was 4 years old and was ranked number one in Scotland at junior level and top 30 in the U.K. He has 34 years coaching experience, see below:

• Head Coach at Thistle LTC until 2015
• Coach at Merchiston Castle School until 2015
• 2015 - present: Head Coach at Craigmillar Park LTC
• 2017 - present: Head Coach at Priestfield LTC

As a Licenced Accredited+ Tennis Scotland coach, Graeme is experienced in creating and delivering high level development sessions to all levels of player from beginner to national level. Graeme's aim is to give nursery age children through to experienced adults, tennis sessions that enhance improvement and that are rewarding and enjoyable. Since surviving a stroke in 2019 and regaining fitness, Graeme has had expert assistance from a number of coaches, giving him an excellent opportunity to study the most up to date progressive playing styles.
