Jose Ignacio Salvador Espinosa
Jose Ignacio Salvador has over 9 years of coaching experience, working with players of all ages and levels – from beginners to high-performance competitors. He has held Head Coach positions at top padel clubs, including Via Padel, Padelcity, San Marcos, and Imbapadel, and brings expertise in academy development, sports management, and tournament organization.
Experience: Coach and Technical Assistant for the Ecuadorian National Padel Team during preparations for the 2022 Padel World Championship, Organized the FIP RISE international tournament, the first FIP-level event held in Quito, Coached championship-winning players and teams across men’s, women’s, and mixed categories in international and national competitions.
Leslie Tiong
Leslie Tiong is former competitive tennis player and coach known for a precise, tactical, and results-oriented approach. Trained in Spain to master authentic European padel techniques, styles, and coaching methodology.
Certification: PadelMBA-certified padel coach with over 10 years of elite coaching experience in both tennis and padel.
